Donations to Sri Aurobindo Ashram Trust

Statement of end use: Sri Aurobindo Ashram Trust has been established to help the followers and disciples of Sri Aurobindo and the Mother towards their educational and spiritual upliftment in conformity with the ideals and teachings of Sri Aurobindo, and for the spiritual education and enlightenment of mankind in general based on the ideal and philosophy of Sri Aurobindo. All donations made to Sri Aurobindo Ashram Trust are used exclusively for these purposes and for the furtherance of the teaching of Sri Aurobindo and the Mother.

^† Tax benefits: Donations to Sri Aurobindo Ashram Trust are eligible for deductions from income for Indian citizens/organizations under section 35(1)(ii) of the Income Tax Act 1961, as per Notification No. 91/2007 (F No. 203/29/2006/ITA-II) dated 28-3-2007 of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), (Central Board of Direct Taxes) and under section 80G as per Pondicherry C.I.T. order C.No.9165E(304)/CIT/PDY/2010-11 Dated 02-02-2011.

Cancellation and refund policy: Cancellations or refunds are not allowed once donations are made.

Privacy policy: All personal data collected by Sri Aurobindo Ashram Trust while receiving donations is intended to be used solely for the purposes for which the data is submitted and is not shared with any third party without the consent of the owner of the data.
